Kapuso host Chris Tiu could not help but feel emotional when the Ateneo Blue Eagles beat the De La Salle Green Archers to become UAAP Season 80 champions on Sunday, December 3.

"That final buzzer moment that will immortalize this classic championship series played by two special teams!! As a spectator, I have to admit I got emotional, kinda reminded me of 2008," he wrote, referring to the year he won his last championship.
He added, "So proud of the boys, who were led by a world-class coach and a super dedicated staff!! Happy for the blue community, it's been a while!! Congrats Blue Eagles! And hats off to the DLSU Archers for a wonderful season! Bright future ahead for these young athletes!"
