Wearing a black tuxedo and Charlie's signature mustache, the daughter of Vicki Belo and Hayden Kho was overflowing with cuteness on her Instagram.
"My teachers in school awarded me the “best in eyebrow lifting” award. I know it's not an important award, but it made my Daddy and Mommy happy when I told them... and to me that's important. I hope I'm making you happy too."
The ever proud parents, Vicki and Hayden also posted different versions of the photo. Vicki even revealed that it was Scarlet who insisted that this is the costume she wants.
