In a vlog, Kapuso actress Barbie Forteza shared that she uses a jade roller after her work routine.

Most jade rollers come with two beads on each end so Barbie uses the long one for her face and neck and the small one under her eyes.

Jade rollers can also supposedly help moisturizers and oils absorb better on the skin.

Veteran actress Melissa Mendez uses her jade roller to massage marula oil onto her face.

Aside from jade, other stones have recently been used for facial rollers.

Sooo I'm a billion years behind but I just discovered this thing called a jade roller. Technically, this one I have is an OPAL roller. I've been enjoying my nightly ritual even more since using it to massage my face after cleansing and applying my oils and moisturizers! Aside from the refreshing feeling my skin gets, jade rollers help reduce inflammation, puffiness and dark circles under your eyes (especially if you keep the roller in the fridge!) just to name a few benefits. 💕 (P.S. I swear that's not cheese popcorn residue on my fingers!! It's yellow food coloring from a DIY project I'm working on 😂)

To clean the jade roller after use, just use warm soapy water then wipe with a soft cloth.
