Kyxz Mendiola and his Konsepto Millenya

The future is now.

If you grew up watching Hollywood blockbuster films like Star Wars and Back To The Future, you at one point had dreamed of seeing flying cars one day.

And although in the past flying cars seemed to be an impossible concept, this isn't the case for Filipino inventor Kyxz Mendiola.

He says, “Isa ako dun sa mga unang tao na nag-umpisa mag-build ng mga drones just to fly with cameras.

“I was always curious kung ano 'yung feeling na lumipad using my own creation kasi mahilig ako mag-imbento.”

And this year, he is officially launching its updated version called “Future 8” with the help of an investor to mass produce his drone vehicle.

According to Kyxz, the battery-powered drone vehicle that can fly up to 25 minutes and can carry up to 100 kilograms of mass.

Aside from Future 8, Kyxz and his team were also able to produce rescue vehicles that can be used in case of emergencies.

“Nagkaroon kami ng all-around life saver na drone na may different attachments siya.

“Puwede mo siyang gawin pang fire fighting tapos pwede mo siyang palitan. Pwede mo siyang gawing pang-rescue, pang-lifeguard.”
