In a recent Facebook post by occasional busker Tek Cortez, a clip of what seems to be Bono is seen singing their hit song “With or Without You.”
If you roam around BGC, you're sure to see and hear some talented singers busking around the area.
But what happens if one of those singers happens to be Grammy-winning songwriter and singer Bono from U2?
In a recent Facebook post by occasional busker Tek Cortez, a clip of what seems to be Bono is seen singing their hit song “With or Without You.”
He even captioned it with, “Can't watch the U2 concert in Manila today, but…”
As of writing, the post has garnered more than 200K views on Facebook.
According to leads, the performer above was simply an impersonator who is part of a U2 tribute band under the name "Achtung." The group, who does covers of the Irish band, is composed by Pavel Sfera as Bono, Francis Tan as The Edge, Rommel Luanzon as Adam Clayton, and Ryan Rillorta as Larry Mullen Jr.

U2 is currently in Manila for a stint with the Philippine Red Cross and will perform live in the Philippine Arena tonight, December 11, for their “Joshua Tree” tour.
