Get the juicy details in EA Guzman's "Prangkahan with Pia" interview in 'Tunay na Buhay.'
Kapuso actor Edgar Allan Guzman didn't hesitate on telling the truth, when asked by Tunay na Buhay host Pia Arcangel whether he has received indecent proposals before, in a segment called Prangkahan with Pia.
He candidly answered, “Pagkapanalo ko ng Mr. Pogi, siguro after a year, 'yon meron. Parang (sinasabi) 'Akong bahala sa'yo' ganyan. So, dinedeadma ko.”
Aside from this revelation, Edgar Allan or EA also shared some of his past struggles. He disclosed that it was the painful experience of losing his father at an early age, which pushed him to be the breadwinner of their family. He wanted to help out his mom financially, so he started joining contests like 'Mr. Pogi.'
And as we all know, it was his 2006 'Mr. Pogi' win in the Kapuso noontime show Eat Bulaga, which paved the way for EA's showbiz career.
