Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis clap for their heroes in a cute 'Thank you' video.

Royal children George, Charlotte, and Louis joined the rest of the United Kingdom in saluting medical workers battling the coronavirus pandemic.

People across the UK joined a mass round of applause from their doorsteps, windows, and balconies at 8 pm on Thursday, March 26 (UK time) to show their gesture of thanks to the frontline staff.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, William and Kate, posted an adorable video of their three children clapping.

It wrote, “To all the doctors, nurses, carers, GPs, pharmacists, volunteers, and other NHS staff working tirelessly to help those affected by #COVID19: thank you.”

Similarly, claps can be heard around Windsor Castle where Queen Elizabeth II is reportedly staying in at the moment.

In a separate tweet, the Royal Family showed their gratitude to the health care workers

“We are enormously thankful for the expertise and commitment of our scientists, medical practitioners, and emergency and public services. We thank you all.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, posted a message on their Instagram story, writing: “Thank you for all that you continue to do! Applauding you from across the pond!”

Prince Charles, who recently tested positive for COVID-19, also publicly thanked the first responders fighting the virus.

He and his wife Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, joined in on the campaign by posting an Instagram Story of them clapping from two different rooms, as Prince Charles remains in isolation.

UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson and Chancellor Rishi Sunak also joined in from their offices in Downing Street.

Many across the UK joined in, with some holding signs, cheering and letting off fireworks -- including the cast of James Bond and Rod Stewart.

Around London, several landmarks, including the Webley Arch, Royal Albert Hall, Lincoln Cathedral, and the Principality Stadium, were lit up in tribute of the #lightblue campaign which has been organized as a way to say thank you to the hardworking healthcare staff.
