Ciara Sotto, the youngest daughter of actress Helen Gamboa and Senator Vicente “Tito” Sotto, has reached the big four-zero on Thursday, July 2.

On Instagram, the actress and pole dancer shared how grateful she is with her life despite the many setbacks she's faced in the past.

Saying, “My life may have had a lot of twists and turns but God always makes the broken beautiful.

“I am grateful for everything I've been through both my trials and wins. Every challenge I go through is when I know that I have to cling to God even more because He is working behind the scenes to eventually make things okay.

“In all my wins, I'm reminded to give the honor back to Him.”

She proceeded to thank her family members and friends who've reached out to greet her on her special day and added, “Someday, when this is all over, I want to give all of you a tight hug.

“Thank you for being part of my 40 years. Here's to the next 4 decades that will unfold.”

Grateful for my 40 years of life. God has been so good to me. My life may have had a lot of twists and turns but God always makes the broken beautiful. I am grateful for everything I've been through both my trials and wins.
