Iya Villania took to Instagram to thank her doctors for the safe delivery of her newborn daughter, Baby Alana Lauren.

Kapuso host and celebrity mom Iya Villania gave birth to her third child today, July 18.

Over on Instagram, Iya dedicated a long and sweet message for her doctors who aided in the safe delivery of her newborn daughter, Baby Alana Lauren.

"I love my doctors!

"As scared as I am of delivery, it's these ladies that always make me feel secure, confident and safe especially during a time like this. Thank you, Lord, for your protection and for guiding them through yet another successful normal delivery, same team for all 3--Primo, Leon and Alana (except for Dr. Shane who joined in Leon's delivery). Thank you for being part of such a huge and probably also the most vulnerable part of my life! Last na sana yan," she wrote

In an interview prior to giving birth, Iya said that she will try to remain positive during her stay in the hospital that she and her baby will be safe from the pandemic

Iya also admitted in her Instagram story that she expected to have a baby boy instead of a baby girl which turned out to be quite a surprise for her.
