With only a few more weeks 'til her scheduled delivery, Kapuso actress Sheena Halili is slowly feeling her body changing day after day.

On Instagram, the mom-to-be shared that she's starting to feel the weight of her baby; that's why she needs to exercise and watch what she eats.

“[I'm at] 3rd Trimester, ang bigat na ng pakiramdam ko,” she wrote in the caption along with a video of her prenatal Pilates session.

“Biglang laki rin ng tiyan ko kaya mas iwas na ako sa sweets and carbs ngayon. Haaay! Kung kailan pa lagi akong gutom, dun kami kailangan mag hinay-hinay sa kain.”

Sheena told herself, “Konti na lang Mommy Sheena, magkikita na kayo ni baby.”

Sheena Halili and husband Jeron Manzanero are expected to welcome their baby sometime in December.

The couple first announced Sheena's pregnancy in June, just four months after their star-studded wedding ceremony last February.

In July, they revealed that they would be welcoming a daughter.
