“Would you believe parts of this investment are katas ng halaman?” says Aubrey Miles as she shows the lot where their future home will be built.
Celebrity couple Aubrey Miles and Troy Montero are ending the year 2020 with a bang after recently acquiring the land of their future home in Antipolo.
On Instagram, the #fitnessgoals and #couple goals showed their massive property, alongside their children Rocket and Hunter.
“Would you believe [that] parts of this investment are 'katas ng halaman?” wrote Aubrey on Instagram.
The host-turned-fitness trainer is referring to her plant business, which enjoyed a boost when the interest in (and demand for) plants among plant enthusiasts increased during the pandemic. She takes her plant game to the next level by adding the nickname “The Mother Plant” on her Instagram bio.
Aubrey continued, “Samahan mo na rin ng health and wellness.
“Mental state this year: we only live forward. As long as you've got passion, faith and are willing to work hard, you can do anything you want in this life.
“Next year will be a better year for everyone. Let's inspire each other and support one another. I believe anyone can do it. Go get it. Keep planting, and stay healthy.”
Her husband, Troy Montero, also shared his excitement about this new chapter of their life.
“And so it begins!” the Filipino-American actor said on Instagram.
“Excited to add 'break ground' as a new chapter in our family adventures. I've always been very hands-on, so I really can't wait to start this build. Now, where to start?”
In the comments section, Aubrey seems to be pre-occupied with planning her garden in their future home.
She said, “Thanks, everyone. Now let's build a garden and then a house. Hahaha!”
Meanwhile, fellow dad Doug Kramer gave Troy his piece of advice as he embarks on a new journey as a home builder in the coming year ahead.
Doug said, “And before you know it, you guys will be living there. Enjoy the hands-on part of constructing. Embrace it. Headaches and progress are gonna be together. But, at the end of it, you're doing it as a family. It's all gonna be worth it. God bless you guys!”
