Isabelle Daza voiced her concern after seeing numerous messages from women who are criticizing their own bodies. Read her message HERE:

Isabelle Daza posted a powerful message about self-love and being confident in your own skin.

Isabelle shared this message after she uploaded in her Instagram story a photo of the little flower vase that she created. This vase was molded into the shape of a human body.

After that post, Isabelle uploaded another story expressing her concern for the women who sent her similar messages discussing the way their body looks.

"Ok the amount of women that messaged me that said this was them is concerning, “ she revealed.

Isabelle admitted that she would usually be the first to joke about this kind of topic, but she would also like to address the importance of loving your body.

“I'm the first person to joke and say this is a self-portrait. But I want to take this moment to remind you to be kind yourself.”

Isabelle said that criticizing someone's body or our own bodies is something that needs to end. According to the celebrity mom, she believes that this practice is a form of cruelty.

“You would never say that to your daughter or loved one. So why put yourself and be so cruel to yourself?

“Secondly, weight doesn't define your beauty. Photoshop and Facetune does. Just kidding!”

In 2018, Isabelle discussed the effects of social media to a person's mental health.

According to Isabelle, social media is a place where people frequently feel the pressure to look good, to live a good life, and be the envy of others. She admitted that she is also one of those who feel envious and jealous of what she would see online.

“Social media does that to you.

"It wants you to elicit this FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) in other people. It wants you to make them feel they're missing out and you're living your best life.

"In a way, it wants you to make other people jealous or envious. I constantly feel that way. When I look at myself even though I'm living what I would like to say happy life I still feel that jealousy and that envy. Social media puts that pressure on you. To kind of live a better life than someone else than others.”

Isabelle added in her recent Instagram story that although it may seem easy for most to criticize our own bodies, people should avoid it to let go of that unhealthy habit. Instead, practice to be kind to our own bodies by accepting that bodies are not the same, but all are beautiful.

“What I wanted to remind everyone was whatever we tell ourselves is what we believe in. I know it's hard, but say something nice to yourself.

She reminded women to practice saying words of empowerment and affirmation in order to boost self-confidence and self-love.

Isabelle said, “I am beautiful. I am perfect just the way I am. I am enough. I am amazing.
