Celebrity stylist and new mom Liz Uy has confirmed in the latest vlog of popular home stylist and content creator Elle Uy that she's nine months pregnant and due to give birth anytime soon.
It was only in December 2020 Liz revealed in a piece she wrote for The Philippine Star that she is pregnant with baby number two with her now husband, businessman Raymond Racaza.
In the latest vlog of Elle Uy uploaded last February 5, she shared the makeover she did for an old stockroom in Liz' house and transformed it into a modern boho baby room.
During her one-on-one interview with Liz, she mentioned that her initial plan was to transform that space into her walk-in closet.
Liz shared, “Well, actually para siyang storage, stockroom. Hindi ko na maintindihan, kasi parang naging sobrang busy ko rin hindi ko siya naasikaso.
“Kasi, nagka-pandemic, so parang na-pause lahat ng plans and bawal mag-work lahat.. Hindi rin ako nagbibihis and then I got pregnant.”
She went on to explain that she had a different design at first for the nursery room, but as the project progressed, she changed it, when she found this beautiful and cute wallpaper for her baby.
“You have so many plans in your head--minimal lang, color white lang 'yung walls ko, walang curtains.
“Actually, hindi nga minimal [design]. Iba naman lagi 'yung nasa isip ko and then eventually iba 'yung execution, because along the way, when you find a cute wallpaper, 'Ay ang cute!'
“It changes your plan.”

In the beginning of the video, Elle and Liz shared some personal trivia, one of which is that they are cousins in real life.
Liz said, “Ever since talaga lahat siya pinapagawa ko: office ko."
Elle interjected, “Doon ako nag-start.”
Liz responded saying, “Uy, bakit? Magaling ka naman talaga ever since!
“Binigyan ko siya ng mga prominent and famous people na hindi na natin ina-name drop.”
The in-demand decorator also thanked her cousin for opening so many opportunities for her, too.
“Dun talaga ako nag-start, itong work ko nag-start sa kanya. So, thank you.”
Liz Uy's second pregnancy has been pretty challenging for her, especially because at one point she got worried when her weight started to drop.
"I was throwing up countless times a day. I tried to take as much water as I could, but my body just wouldn't let me.
"Orange juice was hard to drink. Ginger wasn't working either. Days would start and end with vomiting. Food, no matter how appetizing, only made me sick. I would have the hardest time focusing and engaging with people.
"It had gotten so bad that my weight started to drop, which was worrisome because of the baby. Often, friends and social media followers comment on how lucky I am not to be putting on a pound, but luck had nothing to do with it."
