Queen of Creative Collaboration Heart Evangelista's life is an open book to her ardent fans. And she uses her many social media platforms for them to know her more.
Yesterday, March 15, the GMA Artist Center beauty shared a story when she lost one of her mom's jewelry in an event.
In a series of posts via Instagram Story, the actress recalled the moment when she had to admit to her mother, Cecilia Ongpauco that she lost one of her diamond earrings during an awards night.
She shared, “My mom had a 6-carat stud earrings I wore to my first awards night on my way to the car someone hugged me and I think it fell off!
“I usually check my ears to make sure and I felt only had one on!”
Heart was so embarrassed to tell her mom what had happened to say, “I told my mom and she was “you're kidding!” And she laughed! I wanted to die.”
The Kapuso primetime star was also open to her Instagram followers about her spending habits, too.
For example, she knows already the difference between her wants and needs.
She added that it is simply finding the right “balance.”
Heart explained, “If I have work coming in--I am ok to give myself a percent of that to “live” a little
“I never handled my money… started when I was 27 - I went wild but now… I know the difference of wants and needs… before I purchase anything I make sure I'll also get something from it (use for work/ or a fashion work trip)---- but to answer your question----
“I think of my old days, will this feed me when I no longer have the affection of people who follow me?
“A balanced life is the key ”
Heart will soon be returning to television via her newest drama project with GMA-7, I Left My Heart in Sorsogon, where she will be paired for the first time with Kapuso leading man Richard Yap.
