The Filipino Food Month highlights local culinary food and traditions.

Local flavors take center stage for the whole month of April.

The ongoing Filipino Food Month aims to promote, preserve, and pass on the country's rich culinary traditions to younger generations.

To do this, the organizers - Department of Agriculture - Philippines, National Commission for Culture and the Arts, and the Philippine Culinary Heritage Movement - have lined up a series of virtual activities to give the public a much deeper appreciation of Filipino cuisine and its role in our cultural identity.

Other equally interesting activities worth attending are Fish Deboning and Processing and Kakaw Bean to Chocolatier Bar: Zamboanga Peninsula's Best on April 26 as part of the webinar series.
