'Nagbabagang Luha' lead star Glaiza De Castro's soon-to-open café in Baler will be a perfect hangout spot for beach-goers and surfers.

Glaiza De Castro introduced her latest venture--a café in Baler, Aurora--on her Instagram account.

According to the Nagbabagang Luha actress, she has been working hard to build her new business named Cafe Galura since the start of the year.

"Been working on this project since the start of the year with faith that one day, we will be able to welcome you all here.

"We're slowly trying to complete everything for now and have been fitting out the interior of our café," Glaiza shared.

She then added, "Any recommendations on tables and chairs are welcome!"

Glaiza's soon-to-be-launched café is a refurbished vacant small space designed by Jovanne Lagman-Faraon, a Baler-based surfer and architect.

Because of its industrial interiors and laidback vibes, Cafe Galura could be a perfect hangout spot for locals or even tourists when the border gets opened again in Aurora. And when things are back to normal, it could also be a venue for small group meetings.

The café will specialize in artisan coffee to be prepared by Glaiza's Irish fiancé, David Rainey, who has a background in coffee business. In Donegal, Ireland, he owns a café truck business named Brewbox.

Besides Glaiza, here are the other celebrities who launched a business amid the COVID-19 pandemic:
