"To all body shamers out there, here's my message for you: This is the body I live in and it deserves respect. My body is not yours to critique and discuss," shares Kris Bernal.

Actress-entrepreneur Kris Bernal took to social media her fabulous and sexy pre-bridal photoshoot on August 29 with a strong message for those who continue to body shame.

As seen on her Instagram posts, the bride-to-be wore a sultry nude ensemble that captured her gorgeous figure.

For each of her posts, Kris wrote the hashtag “#TheUnbotheredQueen” with a lengthy message about body shaming and kindness.

In her recent vlog titled “Kris Bernal takes An Ala “Kardashian” Bridal Photoshoot | STOP BODY SHAMING,” the actress showed some behind-the-scenes takes and also addressed a message to body shamers.

Her description box read, “My dream bridal photoshoot finally came to life, Ala QUEEN K! Lol!

“Welcome, haters! I'm not ugly, I'm just not the beauty standard! Body shaming - fat and skinny shaming has been roaring in social media nowadays!

“Society is telling me all the time to look a certain way or be a certain weight or wear a certain thing. Here in my little corner of the internet, I am not listening to any of it.

“To all body shamers out there, here's my message for you: This is the body I live in and it deserves respect. My body is not yours to critique and discuss. My body is not for your consumption. My body is my home. It's an archive of experiences.

“My body has fought battles that only I will ever understand. So instead of placing value upon my body and what it looks like, place it upon my being, and who I am on the inside.

“God looks at the beauty of our hearts. Mind your own body and work on your heart.”

Recently, Kris Bernal announced that her wedding date will happen on September 25, 2021, at Magallanes Church, which will be livestreamed on Youtube.

The celebrity couple has been engaged since February 2020.
