Mara Sotto is the daughter of Maru Sotto, the sibling of award-winning host Bossing Vic Sotto.
The Sotto clan made sure to give bride-to-be and future Mrs. Fortuna, Mara Sotto, a memorable bridal shower she deserves.
Mara, the daughter of Maru Sotto, is set to tie the knot with former point guard of UST Growling Tigers, Jeric Fortuna. Meanwhile, Maru is the sibling of Eat Bulaga pioneer Vic Sotto.
Pauleen Luna shared on Instagram some highlights of their intimate party and stated that they are all excited for her wedding.
She posted, “Today, we celebrated this woman's Bridal Shower. We kept it super small and intimate because we don't want her to miss out on this event! We love you so much Maring, we are so excited for you wedding and most especially your marriage! Hope you enjoyed today!”
For her part, Mara thanked her family for giving her an awesome party, amid the ongoing pandemic.
Mara wrote on Instagram, "This felt like a scene from Legally Blonde where Elle Woods would run to the nail spa & rant about a breakup but our difference is I was surrounded by family and we celebrated my bridal shower. Thankful for kuya Chino, Ninang Pauleen, my mama, my cousins and sister-in-law for preparing this unforgettable day for me. I'm one lucky (pandemic) bride-to-be."
According to reports, the engagement of Mara Sotto and Jeric Fortuna was confirmed in September 2020 and it happened during the 30th birthday of Maru's daughter.
