Can you guess how much Yasmien and Rey spent during their wedding in January 2012?
Kapuso actress and Las Hermanas star Yasmien Kurdi revealed that she and husband Rey Soldevilla only spent 20,000 pesos when they got married in January 2012.
In Yasmien's condo tour in her YouTube channel, she proudly toured her fans and viewers inside their first home and gave the trivia.
"Dito na sa building na 'to, sa penthouse, sa may café, dito kami kinasal ni pangga for only 20,000 pesos," she revealed.
"Oh 'di ba? Hindi ka na kailangan gumastos nang napakalaki para lang ikasal sa iyong minamahal."
Yasmien explained that both she and Rey realized that their priority during that time was to pay their condominium unit in full.
"Kasi we realized that we have to put our money dito sa condominium para hindi na magrenta ng bahay.
"Kasi 'di ba ang laki ng savings na matitipid namin kapag nakuha namin 'tong condominium na 'to instead na gastusin namin sa isang big wedding.
"Although hindi ko naman jina-judge 'yung mga taong nagkaroon ng big wedding kasi ako rin naman dream ko rin naman na magkaroon ng big wedding someday.
"Pero during that time talaga, hindi pa namin kaya nang ganung kagarbong wedding. 'Yung priority namin, nilaan namin dito muna sa bahay namin."
