Gabbi Garcia dedicated a heartfelt birthday message for celebrity cosmetic doctor, Vicki Belo, who celebrates her 66th birthday today, January 25.
The Kapuso actress shared a beautiful photo with the Filipino beauty expert and began her post with a warm birthday greeting.
