Kylie Padilla describes herself as a 'proud mommy' as she celebrates her 29th birthday.
Kylie Padilla is taking the contemplative route as she celebrated her 29th birthday yesterday.
On her Instagram account, the actress posted a selfie and listed down the things that she has learned over the course of her life, leading with how she now chooses to prioritize and choose better for herself.
She also said that the tough times she's been through have led to her growth, and how she has come to accept that nothing can be perfect. Most importantly, she said she also does everything that she does for her two boys as they are “keeping score” and that they can learn things from her.
Kylie certainly always keeps her two children, Alas and Axl, as her top priority and main concern. On the day of her birthday, the actress posted photos of her sons on her Instagram account, calling them “the best gifts.”
Looking back has also been a theme for Kylie lately, especially with the recently released vlog she did with formerEncantadia co-star, Ruru Madrid.
In it, both she and Ruru recalled the criticism the two of them received after receiving plum roles for the 2016 remake of Encantadia.
“Sinasabi nila [na] hindi raw ako deserving. Pangit daw ako umarte tapos nag-poll pa sila [kung] sino favorite sang'gre nila [at pinakamababang votes] si Amihan,” recalled Kylie. “Nasaktan talaga ako. Alam mo, dumating sa time na ayoko na magtrabaho. Nawalan na ako ng ganang pumasok.”
