Say hello to 'Baby D'!
A day after Father's Day, Jennylyn Mercado and Dennis Trillo marked a momentous event in their lives as they formally introduced their daughter to the world via the actress' YouTube channel.
In their latest vlog which is part of their 'After All' YouTube series, the Kapuso couple showed snippets from Jennylyn's admission to the hospital until her discharge.
Jennylyn was supposed to give birth on May 5 but her prenatal cervix was already open so the doctor had to deliver Baby D via cesarean section on the same day of Jennylyn's checkup which happened last April 25. Her obstetrician-gynecologist is the same doctor who delivered her firstborn, Alex Jazz, in 2008.
In the vlog, Jennylyn and Dennis finally revealed the face of Baby D which stands for Dylan.
Jennylyn announced that she has given birth to her and Dennis's first child in her nursery tour vlog on her YouTube channel uploaded last May 1.
They confirmed their pregnancy in October 2021 after initially planning to have a baby through surrogacy.
In November 2021, the pair married in an intimate ceremony where they also held a gender reveal party for their baby.
Both Jennylyn and Dennis have a son from their previous relationships. Alex Jazz is Jennylyn's child with Patrick Garcia, while Dennis shares a child named Calix Andreas with former beauty queen Carlene Aguilar.
