'iBilib' host Chris Tiu to Hidilyn Diaz and Julius Naranjo: “Haidie and Julius, you deserve all the love and happiness. Continue to be an inspiration and blessing to many!”
Chris Tiu was among the attendees during the wedding of Olympic gold medalist Hidilyn Diaz and Julius Naranjo.
On Instagram, the iBilib host shared photos with the athletic couple on their wedding day and dedicated a heartfelt message for them.
“Best wishes to our newlyweds Coach Julius and Hidilyn! Happy to witness and show our love and support to this beautiful couple. So accomplished yet incredibly down to earth and gracious,” he wrote.
Chris continued, “Haidie and Julius, you deserve all the love and happiness. Continue to be an inspiration ang blessing to many! Cheers.”
According to the Kapuso host, he was also honored to meet other athletes like Eumir Marcial and Nesthy Petecio during the event.
“It was also an honor to meet our other athlete heroes, Eumir and Nesty, etc. who made our country proud [at the] last Tokyo Olympics,” he shared in the caption.
Hidilyn and Julius tied the knot in Baguio on July 26, 2022, exactly a year after the former's historic Olympic win.
