Neri Naig-Miranda further proves she's indeed a #WaisNaMisis
Neri Naig-Miranda has added another property in her investments as she shared the new lot she bought in Cebu.
In an Instagram post, Neri gave a sneak peek of the lush lot she recently bought in the province, which she said she plans to make into a rest house in the future.
"Nakabili na kami ng lot sa Cebu! At patatayuan namin ng rest house pero mukhang matagal pa yun! Mag iipon muna, hihi! Kaya kayod pa talaga nang bongga!” a part of Neri's caption read.
In the same post, Neri also shared how she budgets their money, which she said begins with setting a goal--one that is not impossible to achieve.
"Sinusulat ko ang mga kailangang gawin to achieve that goal. Magpi-print ako ng photos ng goal ko na 'yun, for example, may gusto akong bilhin o need i-achieve, pini-print ko then ilalagay ko sa mood board ko,” she narrated.
"Para araw araw nakikita ko, mas mai-inspire akong mas magtrabaho pa. Mas focused akong gawin kase may reminder ako araw araw,” Neri continued.
Neri noted that between her and her husband, Chito Miranda, she is more aggressive when it comes to business.
"Mas matapang ako at mas makapal mukha ko, haha! Kapag nagiging nanay ka na talaga, hindi ka na nahihiya. Magiging straightforward ka. Pero si Chito ang number one supporter ko at the same time critic ko rin,” she said.
Meanwhile, Neri added that she bought the new property in Cebu with her business partner.
"Kasama ko ang business partner kong si Jonah Bautista sa pagbili ng property na to. Pareho kaming mga wais na misis,” she said.
She noted, however, that their investments always take time and everything is well-planned.
"Pero di namin nakukuha agad agad ha? Pinaplanuhan namin ng maigi. Tinatanong namin, kaya ba? Is it worth it? Pag nag YES kami, then game face on. Mas focused magtrabaho para ma-achieve yung goal na yun,” she narrated.
Neri ended her post with a reminder to her followers, "Magtrabaho ng maigi. Magsipag. Mag ipon. Mag invest. Trabaho ulit. Sipag. Ipon. Invest.”
Neri also recently bought a new condominium unit for their second born, Cash, which she also shared on her Instagram.
