Get ready with loads of laughter for the opening of Allan K's new comedy bar
After the COVID-19 pandemic wiped out his comedy bar businesses, Dabarkad Eat Bulaga is ready to start anew with the opening of his Clowns Republik.
The seasoned comedian gave his followers on Instagram a sneak peek of his latest business venture located in Quezon City.
Several celebrities commented on Allan's post to congratulate him including host-comedian Boobay and basketball cager David Semerad.
In a previous interview, Allan K recalled the difficulty of closing his previous comedy bars due to the restrictions imposed to stop the spread of COVID-19.
He told Reporter's Notebook then, “Imagine that, for 18 years they were part of your life, and then they were gone just like that,"
"I don't know why, but I didn't cry. It's like you're so helpless. You cannot see what you're up against. The virus is the enemy. So you just have to face the reality that you have no chance against it no matter how hard you try,"
Last August 2021, the noontime host also unveiled his other business Zirkulo in Las Piñas City.
