Sparkle artists Mavy Legaspi and Kyline Alcantara paid a visit to film directors Antoinette Jadaone and JP Habac's highly-acclaimed podcast the “Ang Walang Kwentang Podcast” and shared their Gen Z wit when it comes to topics such as love and relationships.

The Sparkle artists and film directors recently met at a Spotify event held in Taguig City. The four of them sat down with Carl Zuarte, Head of Studios of Spotify Southeast Asia, to discuss the future of Filipino audio and the importance of championing local creators. Along with that, they also shared how their fans relate to the intimate conversations they have on each of their podcasts.

From there, the four got to know each other more and decided to solidify their friendship by collaborating on a new podcast episode. Hence, the crossover episode of “Ang Walang Kwentang Podcast” and “MavLine on Me.”

In their new episode titled “The Peso is Weak, But You are Strong! Feat. Mavy & Kyline of MavLine on Me,” Antoinette and JP welcomed Mavy and Kyline in the humor of their podcast and delved into discussing one of their supporters' relationship dilemmas.

Talking about relationships isn't a new thing for Mavy and Kyline as they've always discussed it on their own podcast “MavLine on Me” that's why it's no surprise that both of them smoothly gave off their opinions and stances. With the perspective of Gen Zs, Mavy and Kyline aimed to share their side and help the letter sender get a wider perspective on the problem she's facing.

Mavy and Kyline implied that knowing one's worth in the relationship is vital, knowing when to walk away and when to stay. Kyline explains, “The ball's on her [referring to the supporter asking for advice] court as of the moment. So may choice sya na umalis na doon sa situation na 'yun. Hindi niya deserve' yun, hindi niya deserve na hindi sya piliin, hindi niya deserve na tratuhin sya ng ganun.”

Mavy also echoed Kyline's sentiments and said, “Ako, kung ako si Queen Charot, magle-let go din muna ako. Dahil nakita niya na naghahanap ng iba, i-let go niya muna para makita niya na 'Shocks, nawala yung diary ko.' Ginawa siyang diary kasi sinabihan siya ng secrets and kwento sa buhay niya.”
