Lovi Poe and Heart Evangelista have been friends for five years. They have become so close that one gets irritated when the other is absent from work.


Premier actress Lovi Poe and Kapuso actress-host Heart Evangelista have been friends for a long time - five years, in fact.

“Lovi and I, we're like sisters. She really listens to me and I listen to her. She really brightens up my day,” Heart happily shares with GMANetwork.com.

Heart says their friendship started in Party Pilipinas when Lovi came up to her and, to her surprise, said, “You know, idol kita sa pananamit.”

“Nagulat ako, kasi, someone so hot like her,” she recalls.

According to Heart, Lovi is a humble gal and she admires how someone so pretty can keep it simple.

“Siya talaga is different,” she says.

Sunday All Stars is Lovi’s first hosting job and she says she’s happy because Heart is her co-host.

“Ako rin,” says Heart. “Actually, inis na inis siya 'pag absent ako because the main reason we go to work every Sunday is to see each other. So pag absent 'yong isa, 'yong isa naiinis. Kasi sana sinabi mo in advance.”
