Julie Anne San Jose continues to shine not just for being an actress and singer but also an endorser.

Julie Anne was recently launched as the first Filipino celebrity endorser of a Korean cosmetic brand, Esfolio.

In an interview, the Asia's Limitless Star expressed how grateful and overwhelmed she was for her another brand endorsement.

The Maria Clara at Ibarra actress said, “Sobrang happy… and very grateful ako. Thank you, Lord… It's a Korean skincare brand. Ako, mahilig kasi ako sa skincare. I take care of myself talaga especially, sa line of work ko. So, it is really important to take care of our skin... I believe na sobrang perfect nitong Esfolio for me.”

“Sa akin as Maria Clara, hindi kasi kami masyadong kailangang naka-makeup doon. So, natural look talaga… Basta, 'yung face kasi ang mas importante,” she added.

In an exclusive interview with GMANetwork.com, Esfolio's managing director, Mr. Christian Gothong, talked about the reasons why they chose the Kapuso star to be the newest ambassador of their brand.

Gothong said, “I asked my staff if who did they think is the best choice for us while we were looking for endorsers. A lot of them actually chose Julie Anne [San Jose]. She's very vibrant, her energy is what I think Esfolio products are trying to convey, that youth, cheerful and fun. That's what she shows to everyone… We think that it's a good fit for all of us.”

Julie Anne currently stars as Maria Clara in GMA drama fantasy series Maria Clara at Ibarra, shown every Monday to Friday at 8:00 p.m. on GMA Telebabad.
