Juancho Trivino to Joyce Pring: 'Thank you for being the “ilaw ng tahanan” ng Casa Trivino.'
Kapuso actor Juancho Trivino honored his wife Joyce Pring in a heartfelt message he posted on Mother's Day.
In an Instagram post on May 14, Juancho mentioned how he might've not understood how being a mom can be a “thankless job” if not for the sacrifices and strength Joyce has shown for him and their kids, Eliam, and their newborn Aggie.
“We've talked about it often, being a mom can sometimes be a thankless job, take me back 3 years ago, i would not have understood it like I understand it now, because I see the sacrifices you made to mother our children,” he captioned his post.
He added, “Seeing the strength and grit you have as a person translate to motherhood is inspiring and amazing.”
“Hindi ko cinopy paste ito or chinat-gpt, this is how [I] really feel about you. Thank you for being the “ilaw ng tahanan” ng Casa Trivino, we're lucky to have you!” he continued.
He ended the post with a “Happy Mother's Day baby!”
Last April 21, Joyce gave birth to their second child Aggie. In an interview on the podcast Updated with Nelson Canlas, Juancho revealed that Joyce is much more excited than him to meet Aggie.
“Kasi ang tagal na rin niyang pregnant, full-term na kasi siya, so she's excited, everything is prepared. I can see that with her and everything is going well,” he said.
Joyce, on the other hand, honored all the other mothers out there “who sometimes feel unqualified, lost, and just 'winging it.'”
“To all the mamas who are groggy from lack of sleep, haven't properly showered in days, repeating the same clothes over and over again, and are too exhausted to even hold up a decent conversation,” she captioned her post of a picture of her, Liam and Aggie.
“To all the mamas who are struggling but still show up every single day, being a mother isn't just a role we play, it's a calling we answer. I praise God for the most beautiful calling I've been blessed with. Happy Mother's Day, mamas!!!” she continued.
