In her Feb. 5 Instagram post, KZ shared that all the hard work she's been doing lately has really "depleted" her, but TJ's simple surprise with some beautiful sunflowers and a card took all her stress away.

KZ shared, “Been working back-to-back lately so I'm feeling pretty depleted. But the moment I walked into our bedroom and saw these lovely surprises sitting on my nightstand, everything was put into perspective.”

She continued, “Out of the blue, TJ put together a vase filled with water and three vibrant sunflower stems. He even went the extra mile to hide three of my favorite sweets in the drawer and gave me a card that read, 'I'm proud of you.'

“Thank You Lord for my husband.”

The couple first tied the knot in October 2020, at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. That is why their second wedding held in September 2023 was dedicated to their loved ones, who couldn't attend due to the travel restrictions being implemented back in 2020.

KZ explained then, “As you all remember, we held our first wedding three years ago at the height of the pandemic, and because of flight restrictions, our parents and siblings couldn't attend. It was a bittersweet celebration because we would've loved for them to be there but it was impossible.”

“So, TJ and I promised another wedding to honor our parents by giving us away in person and our siblings and closest friends as witnesses.”
