Luis Manzano and Jessy Mendiola

Third time's a charm for Luis and Jessy!

The marriage and beautiful family life of Luis Manzano and Jessy Mendiola are no secrets to the public. They have been open to their fans about how they take care of their firstborn, Peanut, and how much they love each other.

Last February 15, they decided to bind their love even stronger by tying the knot in not one, but two wedding ceremonies in Coron, Palawan. Luis shared the happenings on their wedding day on his YouTube channel.

They were joined by Luis Manzano's parents, Vilma Santos, Edu Manzano, and Senator Ralph Recto, and younger brother Ryan Christian Recto. Their wedding was also made more special because of the presence of Jessy's family who was not able to attend their first wedding in 2021.

Their dream wedding started like a fairy tale when Luis proposed to Jessy while doing their pre-nuptial wedding video. This was because he never had the chance to propose to Jessy for their intimate wedding in 2021.

“Ilang years na tayo, but tomorrow is a new day for us… Thank you for considering me [to] spend the rest of your life with you, and I would do it over and over again with you.” Luis said to Jessy after getting her 'yes.'

Meanwhile, the couple prepared two ceremonies for the day, summing up their weddings to a total of three including their intimate wedding last 2021.

They had a church wedding and another ceremony by the beach, both led by Father Tito Caluag. These were fulfillments of Luis' promise to Jessy that they would have their dream church wedding.

The couple shed tears of joy while exchanging their sweet and meaningful vows that they wrote together before their wedding.

Luis showed his gratitude for having married Jessy again. He said, “Thank you for marrying me again; thank you for deciding to spend the rest of your life with me again; and thank you for choosing to love me again.”

Jessy was also crying when she promised Luis and Peanut her devotion to their family through her vow. She said, “Love is not always easy, you have to constantly work hard for it and that's okay. Today, I'm choosing to work harder for your love and happiness.”

She added, “I promise to love our family with all my being; I promise to always love you over and over again even on our hardest days; and I promise to protect our peace and happiness.”

For the ceremony at the chapel, Jessy walked down the aisle wearing a lacey one-off-shoulder gown. On the other hand, her look for the beach wedding was a white mini dress made with laces and a wedding veil.

She was also brought down the aisle by her parents.

Meanwhile, Luis wore a Barong by Silk Cocoon with intricate details and embellishments.

Their ring was also made with extreme attention to detail with an engraving that said 'I love you Forever, Howhow.'

Daryl Ong also made their wedding more special by singing an RNB mix of Big Mountain's 'Baby, I Love Your Way.'

They concluded their wedding with an after-party at Club Paradise Palawan, the same location as their beach wedding, with their family and friends where they danced, sang, and shared drinks.
