Beth Tamayo is currently living a quiet and happy life in the US with her new husband Adam Hutchinson.
In March 2021, the former actress revealed that she is now married to her American partner, Adam Hutchinson. Adam was originally from Iowa but now lives in California where he met Beth.
Beth said in her interview with Paolo Contis on 'Just In,' “He moved here to California probably 10 years ago or something. I met him here. He works for Google.”
Beth suddenly left the Philippines in 2009 because of financial reasons. According to Beth, she and her husband had financial problems back then.
In the same interview, she divulged that when she moved, she had a hard time adjusting to a new life in an unfamiliar place.
“Ang hirap magsimula from nowhere buti na lang kamo pinilit ko matapos 'yung college degree ko. I [have] a bachelor's degree so that's one thing. Kahit saan ka magpunta, it will help you in a way in looking for a job. Although hindi rin naman madali.”
The former actress admitted that she tried different jobs in order to pay her bills. From being an actress, she worked as a babysitter, a waiter, cashier, and a maître d'. She also confessed that she has also tried having a second job to survive in the U.S.
Despite the hardships and adjustments that Beth faced, she said that she is now happy with how her life turned out.
“Siguro nagustuhan ko na rin. Siguro I didn't like the fact na napalayo ako sa pamilya ko but it's a humbling experience actually moving to America and just having a normal life. Wala kang katulong, wala kang driver, ikaw lahat, ikaw naglalaba. You have to look for another job.”
Beth is currently working as an executive assistant in the US and just started her married life with Adam.
