The Ellen Adarna - Derek Ramsay romance has surprised the public once again, this time announcing their engagement through the actress's Instagram account.
Ellen's post caught the public off guard. The two, after all, officially became a couple just in February of this year so an engagement at this point seemed far-fetched.
But love moves in mysterious ways.
Derek has said in a recent TV interview that Ellen is the person that he wants to spend the rest of his life with.
He also confided that he and Ellen have talked about marriage early on in the relationship.
“We talk about it,” Ellen admitted in an interview.
“Sobrang kumportable kaming mag-usap ng mga bagay na would definitely make us tensed in the past,” Derek pitched in.
Ellen and Derek also don't have problems showing off their love and affection in public, opting to ignore cynics and negative comments on social media.
Their engagement proves that their relationship is for keeps and for the long haul.
