On Instagram, the professional basketball player shared a series of stunning couple photos with a heartfelt birthday message for Zeinab.
"Since I'm an hour ahead, I'll be the first person to officially greet you, Bel. I just truly want to wish you, my beautiful queen, a very special Happy Birthday," he wrote.
Ray honored Zeinab for being such "a great partner, mother, and best friend."
He continued, "You truly have a bright future ahead of you, and I am so excited to see what God has in store for you."
The basketball player also promised Zeinab's children, Lucas and Bia, that he would protect and support them.
