Kapuso host Drew Arellano is being described as a 'Walking Green Flag' by netizens after he revealed that he underwent a vasectomy procedure.

According to webmd.com, Vasectomy is a simple, generally permanent procedure to prevent pregnancy. It's the most effective form of birth control other than abstinence. “During the brief procedure, your surgeon will cut and seal your vas deferens, the tubes that carry your sperm from your testicles to your penis. This blocks sperm from getting to your semen when you ejaculate.”

In a separate post on Instagram Story, Iya Villania shared that Drew was supposed to get a vasectomy procedure last year, but she found out that she's pregnant with Anya.

Several celebrities commented on Drew's post about his vasectomy procedure and earned lots of praises including from Carla Abellana who said, “Sa mga kalalakihan diyan, dapat ito tularan.”

Meanwhile, Mommy Dearest actress Camille Prats commented: “Woooohooooo sooo proud of you pars!!!!!”

Mr. and Mrs. Arellano already have five kids, namely: Primo (2016), Alonzo Leon (2018), Alana Lauren (2020), Astro Phoenix (2022), and Anya Love, who was born on February 11, 2025.

Drew Arellano and Iya Villania got married on January 31, 2014.
