Exploring Japan is always a memorable experience. This time, we visited the lovely city of Fukuoka. We walked around in kimonos while munching on korroke. That's basically a potato croquette with a crispy deep fried outer layer that dances on your tastebuds with each crunch. At the same time, the gooey cheese-laced potato filling heightens the experience even further with an explosion of flavor and spices…(I think I've been watching the anime Food Wars! too much hahaha) But, gets niyo na yan haha. Life in a beautiful province in France is all about picnics, cold cuts, cheese and a lot of great times with people we love.
