Mikael Daez and Megan Young revealed the system that works for them when it comes to handling their money as a married couple.

In Skypodcast hosted by Slater Young and Kryz Uy, the Kapuso couple shared how they manage their earnings, pay their bills, get their big purchases, and more.

According to Mikael, their expenses will be taken from his bank account.

"What worked is everything comes from my bank account. All expenses are in my bank account. All the pressure is on me to earn."

Mikael said that Megan's bank account is where they put their profit that they get from their jobs as celebrities.

"On Megan's side naman is everything pure profit. Meaning, when we look at her bank account after six months, we're like oh my god ang saya. Psychological siya."

Mikael and Megan agreed that this is the system that works for them as a couple.

Mikael shared, "It's the same thing naman, we're spending the same amount naman. But psychologically for me its motivating because that's my personality. I'm like I can do this, I can keep up with this. I can keep up with the expenses."

Mikael noted that it is rewarding to see Megan's account with their earnings that just continues to grow.

"When we look at hers it's so satisfying to see a bank account na walang minus, puro plus, plus, plus lang. It worked for us. It was a psychological system."

The Kapuso actor said that when it comes to big purchases they have to discuss it first.

"Disclaimer, when it comes to big purchases it's always talked about.

"We're very transparent and we're very careful when we decide on a big purchase."
