Kapuso Primetime King Dingdong Dantes eagerly shared what went on during his and his wife, Marian Rivera's recent trip to Israel, three days after they came back home.
According to the Kapuso actor, attending such a prestigious international event is a blissful experience.
He shared in a live press conference for Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) 2021 entry A Hard Day, "Masaya ako na nabigyan ako ng opportunity na ma-witness lahat 'yon kasi ang role ko naman do'n ay to support Marian at kung ano man 'yung pangangailangan n'ya. Even as part of her support group, nakita mo at na-witness mo talaga how important that event is not just for her but also for the world. Parang we got to see different advocacies."
Aside from witnessing the Miss Universe pageant. Dingdong felt grateful to be able to visit some biblical sites in Jerusalem.
Dingdong went on, "And kami, personally, nakapunta kami ng Jerusalem--isang bagay na pinangarap lang namin noon at nagawa namin ngayon. That among many others e talagang masasabi kong napakagandang experience and now that we are almost about to go home in the next couple of days, e, miss na miss namin ang mga anak namin so we can't wait to be home soon."
Dingdong and Marian are now safely back home with their kids, Zia and Ziggy, after spending a few days in mandatory hotel quarantine after their foreign trip.
Meanwhile, the primetime actor and two-time MMFF Best Actor is set to grace the silver screen this Christmas via MMFF 2021 action-drama movie A Hard Day which he top bills with 78th Venice International Film Festival Best Actor John Arcilla.
A Hard Day is the Philippine adaptation of the 2014 South Korean crime-action film with the same title, starring Lee Sun-Kyun from the hit movie Parasite.
