Iya Villania and Drew Arellano

Iya Villania dedicated a sweet and funny message for her husband, Drew Arellano, along with a throwback photo to mark their eighth wedding anniversary.

Today is a special day for Team Arellano as Iya Villania and Drew Arellano mark their eighth wedding anniversary and eighteen years of togetherness.

A post shared by Iya Villania-Arellano (@iyavillania)

On Instagram, Iya posted a throwback photo and video taken from one of their memorable trips when Drew finally proposed to her after years of being a couple.

She wrote, "Took awhile for it to sink in when you finally proposed (even if I was waiting in anticipation during the trip!) But I think now, with 3 kids in and another on the way, it couldn't be more real what a life I have with you, love @drewarellano [Drew Arellano] 18 years together, 8 years married and still forever to go Love you beb, happy anniversary."

The 24 Oras' “Chika Minute” host also shared a sweet and funny story of how the proposal went.

"He was supposed to propose to me on the dock in the background (right where my nose is), but it was so cold I didn't want to go there so instead, he proposed to me in the castle that no one else really wanted to go to but me. Also, he was struggling trying to keep it a surprise from me because I kept on asking where he'd propose!" Iya shared.

Many of their close friends in showbiz also greeted them including Dominic Roque, Ryan Agoncillio, Max Collins, Mars Pa More host Camille Prats, Chef Jose Sarasola, Unang Hirit host Lyn Ching-Pascual, and many other celebrities.

Drew wrote in the caption of his post: "8 to [infinity] ! Happy anniversary, @iyavillania [Iya Villania]."

The celebrity couple currently have three children, namely, Antonio Primo, Alonzo Leon, and Alana Lauren. On January 3, Iya revealed on Mars Pa More that she and Drew are going to welcome their fourth child this 2022.

Iya and Drew also announced recently that their family has finally recovered from COVID-19 after contracting the virus and a week of being in isolation early this January.
