Couple Glaiza de Castro and David Rainey finally found some time from their busy schedules to have a well-deserved break.
On Instagram, Glaiza documented her journey of traveling alone from Manila to Belfast, Northern Ireland, where David met her.
"First big trip of the year and it actually feels good to travel alone again. It gets my mind working as I have to be mindful and be present," she wrote on Instagram.
"Very rewarding especially when you get to your destination and you're being welcomed by your loved ones from the other side of [the] world."
From Belfast, Glaiza and David took a ferry to start their adventure in Scotland, a place Glaiza also wanted to visit because of the novel and film 'Trainspotting.'
