Combining work with vacation is not wishful thinking anymore. If anything, the pandemic only opened the eyes of many to the benefits and thrills of working remotely.
Working professionals now fancy the thought of escaping the city without leaving their jobs behind - and many are indeed making it happen.
One of the preferred destination places is the laidback province of La Union known for its beaches, waves, and surfing culture.
Recently, Biyahe ni Drew traveled to La Union to see firsthand this growing phenomenon.
There, they met remote workers and business owners who are catering to this lifestyle.
In the end, these are the places worth considering should you decide to take a plunge into the world of “workation.”
