Korean stars Ji Chang-wook, Hwang In-youp, and Choi Sung-eun had a sit-down interview for their new drama The Sound of Magic. It tells the story of a magician, Lee Eul (Ji Chang-wook) who meets a girl who once loved magic, Yoon Ah-yi (Choi Sung-eun) and a wealthy, gifted high school boy (Hwang In-youp).
The trio shared what kind of magical powers they would want to have.
Ji Chang-wook wants to have a power that can help him become even more charming. "If I can do magic tricks, I wanna do cute and funny magic tricks to the people around me so I can entertain and surprise them."
Choi Sung-eun prefers to teleport, so she can travel easily. "If I could have some magical powers, I'd want to transport myself to somewhere else really quickly so I can travel and have fun.
Meanwhile, Hwang In-youp wants to have the ability to stop time and preserve important moments. "If I can have powers, I want to stop time. So if there's a happy moment, I would like to stay in that moment a little bit longer."
All three stars also expressed their wish to visit the Philippines, with Hwang In-youp recalling his time in Davao where he lived for four years.
Ji Chang-wook said, "Unfortunately, I've never been to the Philippines. But I really do want to visit the Philippines, I wanna go to the beach area, and just have a good rest. One day, I'll visit and have lots of good food.
Choi Sung-eun shared, "I actually never been to the Philippines, too. But a lot of my friends who have been there told me that it's a great place to go. So I definitely want to visit.
Hwang In-youp said, "I actually lived in the Philippines for four years. I lived in Davao City.
I really want to visit there again. When the COVID situation is over, I want to go and meet the friends I haven't seen in a while. I want to go to the Philippines as soon as possible."
