Beyond his good looks and washboard abs, Luis Hontiveros is one of the most promising drama actors being managed by GMA Artist Center.
When he left ABS-CBN to become an official Kapuso in 2020, he brought this immense desire to further hone his talent and craft.
In his exclusive interview with GMANetwork.com in October 2020, Luis mentioned that fellow Kapuso stars Rocco Nacino and Gil Cuerva helped him in his decision to sign with GMA-7.
He said, “I have friends like Rocco Nacino and Enzo Pineda isa sa mga batchmates ko sa 'StarStruck' before. And isa sa mga recent na Kapuso na lumipat si Jon Lucas at isa pang friend ko na before showbiz pa, si Gil Cuerva.
“So nagtanong talaga ako kung paano nga ang dynamics, paano 'yung experiences nila bilang Kapuso and it was all positive.
“So I was very optimistic sa paglipat ko and [what] made it easier [is] mga tulong nila: sa mga tips and advice nila.”
