However, the Comedy Concert Queen has recently confirmed on Fast Talk With Boy Abunda that they had already separated.
"Hiwalay na kami. Last month pa. Basta hindi ko makakalimutan. October 14, nag-chat siya, madaling araw sa Pilipinas. 'Yun nga. Sinabi niya na gusto niya magkaanak at hindi na siya happy," Aiai said.

Entertainment website PEP.Ph reported in March 2025 that Gerald Sibayan's petition to become a permanent resident of the US or U.S. Green card holder has been revoked. In an article published by PEP.Ph, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) granted the appeal of Ms. Aiai to cancel the Petition for Alien Relative for her estranged husband.
Based on the document, the USCIS decision was signed on March 17, 2025.
“After a thorough review of your petition and the record of evidence, we must inform you that the approval of your petition has been automatically revoked.”
