After a controversial breakup with Comedy Concert Queen AiAi Delas Alas, a new update surfaced about her ex-husband, Gerald Sibayan.
On Ogie Diaz's Showbiz Update, Gerald was reported to have remarried someone in the U.S.A.
"Wala kaming masaydo detalye dito. Pero ang sigurado, ikinasal na si Gerald Sibayan sa non-showbiz girlfriend nitong ang pangalan ay Nadine sa San Francisco City Hall sa U.S.A.," Ogie said.
Along with Ogie's statement, the video also flashed an Instagram Story seemingly showing Gerald's wedding. The snap featured the bride in a lovely gown as she and the groom exchanged rings.
"Sa ngayon, si Gerald ay naninirahan sa U.S. kasama ang bago nitong asawa," Ogie added.

Last November 2024, AiAi publicly confirmed her separation from Gerald in an interview on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda. She shared that their inability to have a child played a significant role in their decision to part ways, with hints of a possible third party.
Later on, the comedienne also revealed that her ex-husband's Green Card was revoked. Reports stated that the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) granted her appeal—something AiAi herself confirmed through her social media accounts.
In March 2026, AiAi and Gerald were officially divorced.
