Aiai Delas Alas's hubby Gerald Sibayan excels in new hobby

Aiai Delas Alas was proud of her husband Gerald Sibayan, who received a silver medal in the new racket sport called pickleball.
In a recent interview with GMANetwork.com, Aiai said that aside from work, Gerald has been busy playing pickleball.
“Madalas siyang mag-pickle ball. I think gusto niyang maging professional pickleball player,” the actress said.
The pickleball is a hybrid of tennis, badminton, and ping pong. According to a report by Dapat Alam Mo!, this racket sport originated in Washington, USA, in 1965. It's played on a court similar to badminton doubles. The racket is a solid paddle, bigger than the ones used in table tennis; while the ball is made of plastic and has holes.
In a previous Instagram post, Aiai also posted a photo of Gerald holding his pickleball paddle with his silver medal.
She also left a message for her husband on its caption, “Grabe naman ikaw na talaga yan ... parang konteng panahon ka palang nag pickle ball ngayun silver medalist ka na agad .. Kaya tuloy si sancho hanga sayo kasi lahat daw ng pinapasok mong sports nag excel ka. Bongga ka Congrats baby ko .. baka naman hehe
Aiai has also tried playing pickleball with Gerald.
Gerald, who is now based in the U.S., was a badminton player for De La Salle University, where he took up Sports Management.
