Car accident

Motorsports racing driver Angie Mead King just posted a video of her half-burnt car which she was driving along SLEX before it caught fire.

"This is such a crazy experience, the car is gone," King said in the video.

In her Instagram live after the accident, Angie told her followers, "Thanks for checking, I'm alive. The car is dead, literally gone. Caught on fire after the exit, it's gone, no words. A good Samaritan stopped by to pick me up on the road. And the SLEX team is putting on a flatbed, and then we're going to tow it somewhere. The car is gone, I'm okay. My lungs hurt. The car was on fire while I was driving it, then the car dropped down, then basically burst into flames."

She explained how she pulled over to the side and got out of the car as the flame was getting intense.

"It was my Acura NSX. Just got it back from working on it. I don't know what exactly happened, but the car's modified, so it could be a multitude of things."

Hours prior to the accident, King shared on social media that her Acura NSX is a newly customized car.
