K-pop star Bomi of Apink and music producer Rado have officially become husband and wife in a wedding ceremony held on Saturday, May 16 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Seoul, drawing widespread attention for its star-studded guest list, emotional atmosphere, and special performances.
The ceremony was hosted by comedian Kim Kiri and brought together close friends, family members, and fellow artists from the entertainment industry in a celebration filled with heartfelt moments.
Adding to the festive mood, congratulatory performances were delivered by Apink, STAYC, and UNCHILD, turning the wedding into a memorable gathering of collaborators and longtime friends.
A report from Allkpop mentioned the highlight of the event was Apink's special stage, where members Chorong, Eunji, Namjoo, and Hayoung performed “Love Me More” for the newlyweds.
The moment became even more emotional when Bomi, still in her wedding gown, joined the choreography during the dance break, while Rado stood beside her smiling and lightly moving to the music.
Footage from the celebration also showed STAYC performing “Teddy Bear,” further adding to the lively and festive atmosphere.
Emotions were running high throughout the ceremony, with guests sharing touching reactions online. One attendee even posted, “Ha Young, don't cry,” after Apink member Oh Ha-young was seen tearing up during the wedding.
The bride's waiting room also caught attention, showing Bomi surrounded by Apink members, musical actress Han Seo-yoon, and former Apink member Hong Yookyung, marking a rare reunion with the group's earlier lineup.
Bomi and Rado first publicly confirmed their relationship in April last year, though their history dates back to 2016 when they first met through Apink's third studio album Pink Revolution, which Rado helped produce. Their connection reportedly deepened in 2017, developing privately over the years before they officially revealed their romance.
In December last year, the couple announced their engagement, receiving an outpouring of congratulations from fans. Following the announcement, Bomi shared a heartfelt message through her fan café, saying she chose to build a life with someone who had been with her through both joyful and difficult moments. She also expressed her desire to continue living with greater maturity, responsibility, and strength moving forward.
The wedding has since been widely celebrated online, with fans praising the couple's long journey and the emotional reunion of Apink at the ceremony.
