On her Instagram Story, Ashley sadly announced the news with a series of messages and pictures with their mother.
From their candid moments to holding her mother's hand one last time, the actress expressed her love and heartbreak to say goodbye to their dearest mom.
"No more pain, Ma," Ashley wrote in a post. "May your heart and soul find peace and comfort."
Last April 1, Ashley revealed her mother's battle with cancer through an emotional reel. The actress was seen singing “You Are My Sunshine” as she couldn't help but break down in tears.
