Celebrity couple Aubrey Miles and Troy Montero have been together for over 20 years.
They got candid about their long-term relationship in a visit to daily afternoon talk show Fast Talk with Boy Abunda.
Aubrey shared that it has become a habit for them to take care of each other. Troy added that the habit extended to also taking good care of their bodies, their home, their things and their space.
The husband and wife are also very famous for keeping their bodies fit. Aubrey enjoys working out and has not eaten pork in 15 years. Troy considers himself less strict and indulges on rice and a bottle of gourmet tuyo on Sundays.
